</blockquote> </p> <p> <p>愈晚愈美麗的「新后門」結合lounge與餐廳兩種型態,1樓是「正常」不過的餐廳,沿著迴旋梯蜿蜒向上,2樓卻迥然不同,紅色、紫色的高背沙發,隔著金色的沙簾,感覺就像一身名牌的雅痞熟女下班喝杯調酒放鬆一下的地方。 <br />店長李維恩說,這樣的設計,除了一口氣滿足用餐和喝酒的客人,也能讓客人吃完飯後,不用換地方續攤。</p> </p> /></font></strong>李維恩說,既然以雅痞熟女為主客群,餐點水準當然也得有品味。聽他介紹「龍蝦義大利麵」用了整隻的龍蝦,我滿懷期待,只不過菜上桌時卻發現龍蝦殼很大,蝦肉卻只有2小片。看我失望全寫在臉上,李維恩趕緊解釋說,店裡挑的是活的小龍蝦,所以殼大肉少,指著盤裡的義大利麵,李維恩接著說,龍蝦頭裡的鮮美蝦膏全拿來炒義大利麵了。 <br />挾起龍蝦肉入口品嘗,果然嫩彈可口,溢出鮮美的蝦甜味,雖然肉質少了些,但比起冷凍蝦肉,口感和甜度都略勝一籌,而裹附了蝦膏的麵條,也是每一口都鮮美。 </p> <p><img height="8" src="http://img.1-apple.com.tw/1-food/images/spacer.gif" width="30" /></p> <p><strong><font size="3">特調飲料 選擇多樣 <br /></font></strong>「新后門」餐點不多,調酒卻有近百種選擇,「禁區」調酒在視覺、口感上都棒,但可得有點酒量的人才適合品嘗。原來這款酒是用酒精濃度高達70%的151蘭姆酒、伏特加及咖啡酒調好倒進一口杯裡,一口杯再放進馬丁尼杯裡,然後用藍柑橘酒、萊姆酒及碎冰裝滿馬丁尼杯。 <br />馬丁尼杯裡冰涼的調酒,順著一口杯裡帶著咖啡香的調酒喝進嘴裡,當酒精散去,酒香頓時滿溢口中。 <br />而不含酒精的「水果晶鑽」也很受歡迎。這是用了芭樂汁、柳橙汁、葡萄柚及蘋果汁調成,還加了鳳梨、芭樂、蘋果、西瓜、奇異果等新鮮果肉,喝起來有著自然酸甜,頗受女性客人喜愛。 </p> <p><img height="8" />菜單裡的義大利麵的名稱都很有趣,像是牛肉義大利麵叫做「牛牽到北京還是牛」,是挑選穀物飼養的澳洲牛肩肉,以黑芝麻醬燜滷入味,肉嫩鮮甜,醬汁帶著濃郁芝麻香氣。 <br />而「春雞破曉」則是將整隻雞腿裹粉炸至金黃色澤,調味則是將洋蔥拌炒後加上泰式酸辣醬,一整隻雞腿份量夠,外皮酥脆,肉質吃起來還很鮮嫩,沾附了辣酸醬汁的麵條,吃來順口過癮。 <br <br />因為香腸是現烤的,所以點餐後需要等段時間, <br />老闆會將小香腸放在爐上不斷的搖動翻滾,使香腸受熱均勻, <br />這個一口香腸據老闆自己表示是試吃過數不清的店家後選定的。<img height="334" width="377" /> <br />接著就是把組裝完畢的檳榔香腸裝盒嚕, <br />這就是檳榔香腸組裝完的模樣,看起來,跟檳榔有異曲同工之妙吧!<img height="355" />每種口味老闆都有不同的搭配,蒜香算是比較大眾口味的, <br />香腸中間夾了片蒜頭,搭配著香菜,入口前擠點檸檬汁, <br />酸酸的口感搭配的蒜頭的辛香,口味還不錯, <br />但是因為算是很大眾化的口味,所以比較沒有太驚艷的感覺。<img height="356" />小黃瓜的口感比較清脆搭配的香腸,的確可以解點油膩, <br />對於喜歡吃小黃瓜的我,當然覺得小黃瓜片愈大愈好嚕, <br />這個清爽小黃瓜口味老闆會再搭配著洋蔥和檸檬, <br />覺得清爽小黃瓜比較淡而無味的,搭配著洋蔥,擠點檸檬享用,又是另一種口感。<img height="368" />這個日式牛蒡香腸,先在裡面塗了點芥末, <br />再加上牛蒡絲,看起來很簡單的搭配, <br />可是我跟豆豆龍卻挺愛的, <br />一咬下去先嘗到芥末的香味,不嗆辣, <br />連不敢吃芥末的我都能接受這味道, <br />而牛蒡的脆脆的口感,和香腸有很強烈的對比, <br />但是卻又如此的融合,誰也沒想過香腸+芥末+牛蒡絲能夠組合在一起吧。<img height="307" />據說這可是小朋友的最愛唷,不過我不是小朋友我也很愛, <br />這個香腸夾了蘋果片,還淋了蜂蜜, <br />實在是很妙的搭配,以為蜂蜜入口會根香腸不搭, <br />吃了才知道....搭的可妙的哩, <br />我還覺得老闆蜂蜜淋太少,這口感真的有KUSO到∼<img height="314" />這個口味也是夠驚人的了,香腸裡面塗了花生醬,在夾上了小餅乾, <br />整顆入口後,口感完全沒有不搭個感覺,一整個很酷, <br />實在好奇老闆怎麼會想到這種搭配方式。<img height="299" />這個香腸是唯一沒有剖半的,哈哈,不過也沒有包葉啦, <br />其實就是香腸外面滾了一層日式的七味粉,搭配著香菜和蒜一起入口, <br />不敢吃辣的我以為會很辣,不過吃了之後七味粉的獨特香味並不會嗆辣, <br />怕辣的都可以開心享用, <br />只是愛吃辣的可能會覺得辣度太低唷。 <br />這裡的點餐方式一盒10粒,一盒一種口味, <br />如果你希望點綜合的,可能會有點小失望, <br />因為香腸跟檳榔一樣都放在小盒中, <br />如果是綜合的,老闆怕不同味道會互相影響, <br />所以每盒都只做一種? f味, <br />另外買一盒還送一杯紅茶或是烏梅汁。 <br />如果喜歡搭配啤酒的,店內還有海尼根和金牌啤酒可以選購。 <br />個人會比較建議買平時沒吃過的, <br />很KUSO的香腸, <br />像餅乾花生和香甜蘋果、日式牛蒡,都是我挺愛的味道。 <br />這幾天吃完的感覺就是..神奇呀, <br />不知道老闆怎麼會想到這些搭配。 <br />據老闆表示,這個點在在心中藏了10多年,一直告訴自己有朝一日要實現, <br />最近則是辭去了之前的工作來實現心中的夢想。 <br />常在這裡晃的人應該也會不小心遇到明星吧, <br />上週我去買的時候,據說飛輪海才離開, <br />結果留了一條圍巾在店裡,惹的店內的小女孩開心的東摸西摸(摸圍巾)的。 <br />如果喜歡看偶像劇的人可能會覺得老闆有點眼熟, <br />因為老闆偶爾會在偶像劇中客串(就是MVP情人中那個打籃球的黑熊), <br />也拍過啤酒廣告(雖然我一點印象都沒有), <br />大概是這個關係,所以認識的藝人也不少,來這裡光顧的藝人也挺多的嚕。 <br />如果你的心中也有很KUSO的想法, <br /></strong>「御膳九」就在台大對面,餐點很簡單,包括炸豬排、煎鮭魚、烤鰻魚、燒肉等9款定食都只要168元,是學生負擔得起的價錢,餐廳2樓又有將近20個位置的空間,因此常有公司行號或學生來聚餐。雖是大眾化的口味,但飯、湯、高麗菜絲都可以免費續加,感覺很划算。<br />老闆戴先生擁有食品採購20多年的豐富經驗,所以能掌控食材的進價。店裡的部分服務採半自助式,例如茶水、白飯都讓客人自己取用,雖然減少了外場服務人員,卻可以反映在售價上,「我把店內成本降低,讓產品可以便宜一點,客人就能用實惠的價錢吃到一餐。」戴老闆說。雖然套餐價錢不高,但是品質並沒有打折扣,米飯是選用西螺的台梗9號米,並且炊得粒粒分明,口感不錯。 </p><p><img height="8" /></strong>在陳國財的推薦下,我品嘗了「石鍋燒肉烏龍麵」,上桌時,已經燒得熱燙的食鍋裡,擺了烏龍麵條和燒肉,上頭還有顆生雞蛋,將所有的食材攪和過後,蛋黃呈現半熟的狀態,附著在烏龍麵條上,飄散出誘人食欲的香氣,將麵條吸入口,雖然猶燙得很,但口感好滑順,每一口都有鹹香氣味。<br
